2016年全美音樂獎頒獎典禮（American Music Awards，簡稱AMA）在美國當地時間20日於洛杉磯舉行，Ariana Grande榮獲年度最佳藝人獎， Justin Bieber和Drake則各自捧回四項大獎，並列為本屆獲獎最多的大贏家。
全美音樂獎甫在美國加州落幕，Justin Bieber在五項提名中，共拿下了最受歡迎流行男歌手、最受歡迎流行專輯、最受歡迎流行歌曲、年度MV四項大獎。而與他擦身而過的年度藝人大獎則頒給Ariana Grande。
加拿大Rapper Drake今年首度入圍，就以13項提名領跑群星，也是本屆全美音樂獎獲得提名最多的歌手。他除了收穫最受歡迎嘻哈歌手、最受歡迎嘻哈專輯、最受歡迎嘻哈歌曲獎外，更憑著與Rihanna合作的單曲《Work》抱走最受歡迎R&B歌曲獎。
Selena Gomez在強勁對手Adele、Rihanna等兩大熱門環伺下，爆冷拿下最受歡迎流行女歌手大獎。而本屆年度最佳新人獎則頒給Zayn Malik。
